You
must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you receive member
access to our sites. Please read them carefully. By joining the FantasyXtreme
Network (the owner of this site), you automatically enter into an agreement
to the following terms. This agreement is subject to change at any time
and changes are effective without notice. Bookmark this page and check
it frequently as it is up to you to refer to this page for any amendments
to the original agreement.
As a member you are not required to pay any monetary membership fees or
dues in order to gain access to the FantasyXtreme Network. However, when
you choose a private show, you will then need to purchase credits. All
credit purchases are valid for a total of ninety (90) days.
Agreement to view adult material: the site is designed and intended solely
for consenting adults, people who are at least 18 years old, who are interested
in and wish to have access to visual images, verbal descriptions and audio
sounds of a sexually oriented, frankly erotic nature. The materials available
within this site may include graphic visual depiction and descriptions
of nudity and sexual activity and should not be accessed by anyone who
is younger than 18 years old or who is offended by such materials or who
does not wish to be exposed to such materials. By creating a membership
you are making the following statements:
"Under penalty of perjury, I swear/affirm that as of this moment, I am
and adult, at least 18 years of age."
"I understand that when I gain access to this site, I will be exposed
to visual images, verbal descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented,
frankly erotic nature, which may include graphic visual depiction and
descriptions of nudity and sexual activity. I am voluntarily choosing
to do so, because I want to view, read and/or hear the various materials
which are available, for my own personal enjoyment, information and/or
education."
Restricted Locations - The site may not be accessed, viewed, downloaded
or otherwise received in any country or location in which doing so would,
or could be deemed a violation of any law, regulation, rule, ordinance,
edict or custom.
Memberships to the Site are provided for personal, noncommercial use.
Commercial use of the site, or any material located on it, is strictly
prohibited. In addition, you may not modify any of the materials found
on the Site; use them for any public display, performance, sale or rental;
remove, modify or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice, or
trademarks; or transfer any material located on the Site to any other
person. FantasyXtreme reserves the right to terminate this membership
for cause or if at any time you breach the terms of this agreement, in
which case you will be obligated to immediately destroy any information
downloaded, printed or otherwise copied form the Site. Access to and use
of the Site is through a combination of a username and a password (login).
Each Subscriber must keep his or her login strictly confidential. For
security reasons, FantasyXtreme will not release passwords for any reason,
to anyone other than the Subscriber, except as may be specifically required
by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Site is a breach of
this Agreement and a violation of law.
FantasyXtreme
web services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, without
recourse from the subscriber. If you have been banned from 18live due to
your behavior or disrepecting an Admin etc, you may send a mail to
webmaster@fantasyxtreme.com, If you attempt forcible entry attempts to gain
access this matter will be turned over to our legal and investigations department.
Not only will you be in a legal matter (Gaining access to a website forcibly or
causing problems in Guest chat after your members access was Banned is punishable
by US and International Law) but your case will be turned over to local authorities.
Admins in chat have the right to kick or ban you at any time, contact FantasyXtreme if
you feel there was an error,One of the Corporate officers will make a final decision.
You (the
subscriber) are liable for all charges accumulated while in paid shows.
Shows are purchased in blocks of minutes deducted from your account for
the duration of the session, to the closest second. You are
responsible for all charges incurred. Subscriber accounts not paid
will result in blockage of account until full balance is paid, without
recourse from the subscriber. FantasyXtreme web services reserves
the right to change said agreement without notice at anytime.
We are not liable for improper or unauthorized use. We are not liable
for Internet outages or interruptions.
The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the
age of 18 and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into
this agreement.
Failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in termination
of your FantasyXtreme Network membership.
Refund
Policy
FantasyXtreme
has a No-refunds Policy. All sales are final. However, under extraordinary
circumstances, we will consider and only grant credits in the form of
show credits to compensate for a specific loss that is reported within
24 hours.
